With the design, architectural permit drawings and permit procurement complete we are now in the process of doing Design-Build fabrication in our shop of the architectural metal fixtures within the deli. The steel frames will create the counters and lower enclosures and feature a custom hand applied blackened patina. The frames and finish will allow for ease of repair and cleaning as well as eliminating the use of lower cabinet wood or particle board cabinetry – an element that often degrades heavily in a restraint environment.
