We have been working with PDW and PDC through a DOS (development Opportunity Services) grant to do master planning and space planning for a renovation of recent purchased 16,000 sf warehouse in NE Portland. With permits for occupancy and fire-life-safety now complete they will be moving into their new offices and ramping up production and sales of the cool bike gear they design !
Just completed is new center for trauma recovery for Conexiones. Designed and constructed on a fast track (5 months), the realization was a team effort achieved through vision, perseverance, and sheer guts. Located at a gateway intersection to a neighborhood in transition and funded through grants and financing from the Portland Development Commission, the Center creates a multicultural locus for the health and support of a community.
Just completed Seed Building Studios Storefront Improvements through a grant from PDC. New paint and color scheme, restored historical signage, masonry restoration and a new folded design-build stainless steel awning to provide rain protection and night time illumination.
